Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Health, hygiene, and consumable items can only be returned if they are sealed and unused, unless defective on arrival.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  2. Share your order details and reason for return or exchange.
  3. Wait for our team to provide instructions for return shipping or product pickup.

After we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds are issued via your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened, used, or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)
  • Personalized or custom-made wellness items
  • Services that have already been rendered
  • Items returned beyond the 7-day window

Shipping Fees

If returning an item due to change of mind, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.
